Estimates

Pricing & Payment
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept major credit cards and other approved payment methods. Prices are subject to applicable taxes

Appointments
Appointments may be scheduled online, by phone, or in person. While we strive to complete repairs within the estimated timeframe, completion times may vary depending on parts availability, diagnostic findings, and unforeseen circumstances.

Returns & Refunds
Refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Customers should contact us within 30 days if they have concerns regarding a product or service. Installed parts, labor, and special-order items may be subject to limitations. Our goal is to resolve customer concerns promptly and fairly.


Warranty
Manufacturer warranties apply to eligible parts where applicable. Labor warranties are provided in accordance with our current service policies. Warranty coverage does not apply to misuse, accidents, normal wear and tear, or unauthorized repairs performed by third parties.
